Experience an evening celebrating Hip Hop and R&B at Cityscape with Sounds of the Zoo during 269 Fest!

As part of the 2026 Sounds of the Zoo festival, this special evening brings together artists and music lovers for a night celebrating Hip Hop, R&B and the diverse voices that shape these genres. Sounds of the Zoo showcases local, regional, national and international talent at venues throughout Kalamazoo, creating opportunities to discover new music and connect through a shared love of the arts.

The evening kicks off with Alise King at 6 PM, followed by Kandace Lavender at 7:30 PM and Santino Jones at 9 PM. Come for a set or stay for the full evening and experience a night of live music, creativity and community during 269 Fest.
